     In fact a postural patient is faced with some difficulties when he tries to stand quiet:

• Either he suffers from his body axis (low back pain, etc.),
• Or he suffers from dizziness, instability.
  

And what about squinters?

Right!... It's a little bit more difficult to find out... You have to know that man stands upright thanks to his eyes. Everybody believes that he stands quiet thanks to his ears but few people thinks of his eyes... That's strange because everybody knows that he is less stable when he closes his eyes!
