     The research dwells on the issues related to Russian computer stabilography. STABILAN- 01 stabiloanalyzer is considered having better performance than its foreign analogies, and the application of Russian stabilography is much wider. Dotsenko V.I. Some Methodological Aspects of Complex Studies in Person’s Coexistence with Gravitation Earth Field // SFU Proceedings. Engineering Science. – 2008. – _6. – P. 109–115.

      Data proving the necessity of complex studies of the related process in human’s body functioning were presented. That are: a) keeping vertical pose; b) providing current eye motion reactions different types; c) voluntary locomotions. The research shows that along with the traditional analysis issues of statokinesigram, there is a vector analysis method of statokinesigram which presents wider information for evaluation of energy expenditure to keep verti-cal pose.      The parameters of postural regulation in patients with Parkinson disease were studied with automatic stabilographic system “Stabilan”. The study included the analysis of posture during maintenance of steady position and also the trials in which subjects were asked to change body position.      Complex methods of investigation of the local components on performance of senso-motor tasks with registration parameters postural regulation were developed. The P.K.      Stability vertical posture was studied in 10 top class shooters by the method of computer stabilography. Different impact of dominant and nondominant eye was revealed at monocular visual control of the vertical posture in usual or unusual for atheletis situations of testing. Usachev V.I. Estimation of Dynamic Stabilization of Feet Pressure Center According to Analysis of Statokinezigramm Vectors // SFU Proceedings. Engineering Science. – 2008. – _6. – P. 133–137.

     Possibility of estimation of dynamic stabilisation of person’s body vertically position according to the analysis of vectors statokinezigramm is discussed. It is shown, that by means of the modern computer techniques it is possible to analyze not only the general parametres statokinezigramm and average linear speed of moving of the centre of pressure of feet, but also dynamics of its linear and angular displacement with frequency of digitization of a signal.      Analysis of the reasons of dizzinesses from the point of view of osteopatic damages, methods osteopatic corrections of such dysfunctions was provided. The estimation of efficiency of treatment was spent by a method computer stabilometry.      Motor and mental functions at children with syndrome of deficit of attention and hyperactivity were examined and their correction by means of perfection motor coordination was proved. Short-term motor training of patients on computer stabiloanalyzer with visual feed-back raised posture stability and optimized mental functions.      Results of standard treatment of irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) and with self-control training have been compared in the research.      Training program was developed on the base of individual training plans drawn up for every player.      System of tests for estimating coordination abilities of football players was elaborated. The analysis of the movement control system operation and specific preparedness of athletes permits to determine general and individual peculiarities of their condition at the moment of testing and to give recommendations concerning corrections to be made in technical and tactical training plans.       Specific and nonspecific role of visual effect on keeping vertical posture of adults and children was explored in this work. Sagittal and frontal stabilograms were registered while keeping vertical posture in different visual conditions. The research results showed that extent of evidence of specific and nonspecific visual effect on keeping vertical posture changes with the age.       Plan of inspection, with specially developed cards of inspection was worked out, it is possible to recommend to apply in various medical establishments to a primary estimation of a condition of the vestibular analyzer. Chernikova L., Ioffe M. Peculiarities of Studying of Arbitrary Pose Control on Central Nervous System Diseases // SFU Proceedings. En-gineering Science. – 2008. – _6. – P. 180– 183.

     Supervised learning of different postural tasks in patients with lesions of the motor cortex or pyramidal system , nigro-striatal system and cerebellum was studied. The results suggest that basal ganglia are mainly involved in learning a general strategy of CP control while the function of the motor cortex chiefly concerns learning a specific CP trajectory.      The possibility of stabilography application as a method of objectivizaton of the results of sanatorium-spa treatment was considered and the suggestion is made that this method can be used for determination of indications for some balneal procedures.     It was established that computer stabilography is very sensitive for the registration of stato-kinetic changes which helps to detect the initial changes at tumors even in the absence of neurological symptoms. It can be used in complex neurological screening for early diagnosis of patients with glioma of the brain and gives possibility to regulate the stream of patients for using methods of neuro-imaging.      This study is to assess the dynamics of subpopulational spectrum of the blood of patients with cerebral glioma during combined treat-ment. Statokinetic indicators allow diagnosis of brain tumors to be established before clinical symptoms set in.      The condition of balance function was studied at patients with trigeminal nerve neuralgia up and 9–10 days after liquidation of neuro-vascular conflict. On keeping of stone vien the difference of balance function indexes up and after operation is not significant: 2 % with open eyes and 10 % with closed ones.      Capabilities of bilateral computer stabilography for objective evaluation of motor stereotype static component on patients with locomotor disorders were investigated.      The research broadens available theoretical knowledge on usage of biofeedback stabilographic technologies, and offers a wide scope for practical logopedics and rehabilitation of children with severe speech pathology and improve the effectiveness of speech correction.      Compensations are possible for human, being able to overcome organic movement discoordination in a varying degree; and they are always fulfilled by the inclusion of a new kind of sensitivity in the process of motion. Recovery of the walking function in patients with hemi-paresis is well attained in varying stage by appliance of balance-biotraining, causing compensatory visual sensation.      The article reports the result of 44 patients with complications of ischemic stroke (hemi-pares).The application of method balance-therapy and dynamic propriocorrection for rehabilitation patients with disturbance of movements is justified.
